About our Whippets:
We love Whippets and Greyhounds for their beauty, agility, easy care, and ability to get along so well with everybody. We breed only Whippets, and we use only dogs for breeding that we consider of superior quality in every respect. We occasionally have Whippet puppies or young adults for sale. If you are thinking of getting a Whippet, please consider:
The young Whippet is very energetic and innovative and requires a safe space and human or canine company for daily exercise and play; the dogs become more dignified after two years of age.
- Are you prepared for about 13 years of commitment?
- Do you have a fenced yard for safe play?
- Can you offer human or canine company for the Whippet for most of the day?
- Will you take the Whippet for daily walks or runs?
- Are you prepared to spend money for high quality food, veterinary care, equipment, toys, etc?
